Well, the curious thing is, that STFax v3.8 works
good for faxing. It also works as an answer machine,
although the greeting messages are played
at very low quality, due to the fact that
the USR/3Com modem voice capabilities aren't
fully supported in this older program version.
The last issue seems to be fixed in the latest version
of STFax, but as already mentioned there are other,
new, more grave bugs.
