Ben, I have followed the installation instructions for metro, and there is no mention of prerequisites for trader-client at all. I am not very familiar with Java technology stack but our Microsoft support contact directed us to this project because we needed to solve JAVA->WCF security interoperability issues. We were hoping that if were able to setup metro trader-client to work with WCF services this would help us understand the java side of the equation :-)
