Thanks for the tip, but I'm having a bit of a problem with it. Storm Package
manager has listed as installed libc6 and libc6-dev 2.1.3-10 and has listed as the
newest version the one you mention (2.1.3-13.storm1). I can toggle "installed" to
"install" for both and select "apply". It seems to download them but not install
them (the old version is still listed as installed).

If I exit the package manager and, while logged in as root, issue the commands:
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade
there are other programs that it will upgrade, but not libc6. Since libc6 has a
zillion dependencies, I am not sure if I will have anything to work with if I
attempt to uninstall it and the dependent packages, in order to reinstall the
newer libc6 and libc6-dev 2.1.3-13.storm1.

Any suggestions????
Thanks again.
-Glen
