OK, FileUpload 1.0 RC1 is out. I haven't done the announcement yet, or
updated the web site, but it's there.

The Tomcat build did indeed break, and interested parties can see the
resulting fun on commons-dev or tomcat-dev. ;-) Thanks to David and Joe
for their support.
