I think the functionality was removed... but strutsconsole does that. http://www.jamesholmes.com/struts/console/. You might want to talk to James Holmes about that. Email him...cuz he has dealt with this issue. Also, have you considered customizing dreamweaver. It's fairly easy to set up the Struts tags to be viewed as html elements. You designer could layout the page visually using Dreamweaver and Struts tags.
