Got it, but it's giving me trouble. Neither UuDecode, Decode Da Code, or Stuffit Expander seem willing to convert/extract it. Myabe I'll reboot in OS 9 and have another go at it....

I downloaded it and I am having the same problem. So I recompressed it and uploaded it and downloaded it again and same problem. So I changed from MacBinary encoding to Binhex encoding and now it is working fine. File name is now Umax_ATX_PS_rev_2.sea.hqx.
