I was given this E100 card, but I don't a S900 Mac.

Question:
How can I get this card to work with my 7300 Mac ?

The E100 will work as a JackHammer UW SCSI card in the 7300. The extra connector tab which supports the ethernet will just hang over the end of the PCI slot. Depending on which OS you are running and which firmware is present, you may need to update the JackHammer firmware on the card.

You will not be able to use the ethernet feature of the card in any Mac except the S900 or J700.

The Umax machines are very affordable. You could pick up an S900 or J700 for your E100 card and join our list...
