I have no idea how to do this...
...and, as far as I can see, there is nothing on the seamonkey.org site
pointing to any method for reporting bugs.
I did attempt to post mozilla bug issues years ago and found that it was
a frustrating and maddening process.
Give me a link and I will make the original post.
