Caching Web pages was useful when the Internet and Web servers were
slow. Pages could be fetched from your local cashe much more quickly
than downloaded from the Internet.

Now the Internet and servers are fast. On top of that, many sites use
PHP or other such tools to generate their Web pages on the fly, making
the cache useless. I set my cache size to 0.
