I know the kind of workaround of this scenario.

No sure if it's possible using PFSense's DHCP stuff.

I would try to set a /16 network, like 192.168.0.0/16 for the LAN interface,
and define
static IPs through DHCP service settings, for different profiles and users.

Anyway, we cant' say it's a safe way.
