Hi Sam,

I used Trumpet Winsock for a while without too many
problems. So it may be a configuration problem.

Another option would be to find a copy of Netscape that
includes a dialer, or get a 16 bit version of Internet Explorer,
that includes a dialer and use that to dial for Netscape.

Tucows has the 16 bit MSIE with stack and dialer for
download, it's 3.7MB.
