Hi Sam,
A little more research and I came up with the name of the
dialer included with MSIE. It is the Shiva dialer. Maybe you
can find a copy somewhere. I did find a site,
http://software.texoma.net/default.htm#Windows 3.x
that has Netscape 4.07 with the Shiva dialer. It seems to be
17MB, and I don't remember the 16 bit version of MSIE 5.0
being nearly that big.
Have you tried tech support at your ISP? It wasn't that long
ago that Win 3.X were common and they might have info on
configuring Trumpet or Shiva. They might even have it for
download.
