Does the system BIOS allow you to change the drives?  I.e., substitute
a 3.5" floppy for the 5.25" floppy?  If so, you could temporarily put
in a 3.5" drive as A:, and install from that, then put the 5.25" drive
back.

Also, if you have an HD 5.25" drive, it may be possible to create a set
of disks to use as install disks from your 3.5" floppies, using an HD
5.25" drive in another system.
