Don't want cameras watching you? Move somewhere else. Don't want your computer to be monitored, get software that prevents it or don't go on the internet. Don't use a cell phone if you don't want to be tracked by it, me I don't worry about it, because I only turn mine on when I need it or it is an emergency ( and then I want them to know ), besides, this is only with the newest cell phones, and they can only pinpoint to within a 1000 yards or more. Don't buy a car with GPS. Yes you still have a lot of freedom, if you look for it, but, if you look for the worst, you will find it to, but, it is because you are looking for it.
