I think we all have said our arguments, I read through the discussion again, and I think that for pyglet, all Vlads+Ronan's arguments apply, and it is now gone.
For mpmath, given it's small size, and all the circumstances (sympy doesn't work without it at all and so on, see above), I am still 100% convinced, that it should stay in. Vlad --- to answer your question about a bug in mpmath, yes, we would release a new version, just like we have been doing so far (=> in practice, this is a non issue).
