SVN helps those who are capable of testing, to try the latest emergency 
fixes and such. I think having SVN is a good idea for any open project.

There ends up being more testers/helpers than you think, especially 
since synapse is fairly popular amongst delphi/fpc users.


If there is some emergency fix that just got repaired, Lukas can say to 
the person on the email list "Try revision 503 it is fixed" instead of 
posting a brand new synapse release just for that test/fix.
