In Apache Cocoon we decided to share the Twitter account because there
was the PMC interest on updating statuses, I think that a scenario
where Tirasa maintains its own Twitter account according to ASF
policies and we want to create a new "Apache Syncope" apache Syncope
(or not) is fine as
well :)

In my personal vision there are not things that "must" be done, the
limit is just what we agree that we want to do, according to ASF
policies.
