Hello there,
it's still me - sorry for bothering, but I really have many questions
and issues popping out from my mind :-)

Now it's about website and logo.

As far as I've understood, we need a status page [1] and a website [2].

My questions arise especially about [2]:

1. Syncope IdM has already a website [3]: my idea is that such website
will remove any project information or documentation as soon as ASF site
and wiki will be ready; moreover, [3] will contain a link to ASF site
and wiki and will provide only information related to paid activities
about Apache Syncope as provided by Tirasa [4], my company: is this
fine?
The base idea is that the official Syncope web site will be hosted by
The ASF. That Tirasa sells support on Syncope is not The ASF business,
as soon as Tirasa attribute The ASF for the ownership. For instance,
the Tirasa Web Site and documentaion *must* refers "Syncope" as
"Apache Syncope", and mention that "Syncope, Apache Syncope and
Apache" names are The ASF properties.
Correct: I am only pointing here that there is an existing domain name
(syncope-idm.org) owned by Tirasa: can Tirasa use this website for
advertising its paid services built around Apache Syncope, with the
above reported disclaimer?
That's clearly an issue. The legal team will sooner or later claim that syncope-idm is infringing the ASF brand if syncope-idm redirect to Tirada only :)

The very best would be for Tirasa to transfer the domain to Apache, because all in all, Syncope users will be directed to The ASF at some point. But this is what the user ML will be good for, somehow, no ?

Now, the key point here is that The ASF is not the nexus that will bring potential customers to Tirasa. It's just the place where *anyone* can pull the project from and use it for free but more important, it's a place where a diverse community, individuals as companies, can work together, hands in hands, to build a better software. If Tirasa benefits from a wider exposure of this project to make more money, that's very, very cool. But this is a side effect, induced by the fact that you guys have a very deep knowledge on this project, and can leverage your investiment in it.

For the ASF, what is important is that the project is alive and kicking, with no conflict of interest whatsoever.
