I am new to Syndic8. Not knowing all the details of the problems you are discussing here, I do know how hard it is to please everyone. Everything must go through beta testing and critical analysis to get the best product available. Frankly, we are all on the cusp of something that is not yet fully mature, though broadly available. I applaud you guys for developing this service which I hope to learn to master myself. Thanks again. While I'm sure some folks are well within their rights to express their opinions, doing so without seeing the bigger picture really disappoints. If text e-mail and my occasional 'mr. crankypants' tone hasn't effectively conveyed things effectively then I can certainly accept some blame. Really folks, we're doing this because we want to see better quality feeds. We've been amazingly fortunate that most tool developers and feed producers 'see the light' and fix problems when someone takes the time to bring it to their attention.
