Thanks Elijah, that helps. It's indeed sad to get those kinds of comments. While I'm sure some folks are well within their rights to express their opinions, doing so without seeing the bigger picture really disappoints. If text e-mail and my occasional 'mr. crankypants' tone hasn't effectively conveyed things effectively then I can certainly accept some blame. Really folks, we're doing this because we want to see better quality feeds. We've been amazingly fortunate that most tool developers and feed producers 'see the light' and fix problems when someone takes the time to bring it to their attention.
