yes, of course we should only declare those places as "admin_centre"s that are indeed administrative centres (having an administration office is maybe not enough to be a "centre"). I was thinking of places like these: http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Provincia_di_Barletta-Andria-Trani (Italian Province with 3 admin centres) http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Provincia_di_Carbonia-Iglesias (a Province with 2 centres). cheers, Martin
