I have edited the wiki with a table relating to the team approach, It's rough but it shows who is doing what.
I have enlisted Andrew Harvey as the uploader/account holder. I've put my self down for integration in QLD. I'm hoping that others can handle integration in their own states and put names down on the wiki.
