"Tag a highway that is a motorroad with motorroad=yes in addition to the highway tag, which will *usually* be highway=primary or highway=trunk. You may want to specify implied access restrictions explicitly. " Also, auch irgendwelche versicherungstechnischen Spitzfindigkeiten ändern nichts daran, dass die NS "vom Charakter her" eine Rennstrecke ist und das highway=raceway schon passt.
