(c) = destine for particular purpose : conçu pour un usage particulier
Pour moi, un chemin dans un parc en ville, c'est conçu pour les
piétons, que les vélos viennent squatter ou non, qu'ils y soient
autorisés ou non.
Là où ça devient marrant:
footway : voir footpath
footpath n (=path) sentier ; see also public (Brit) (=pavement)
trottoir m ; (bu highway) chemin m
path n (also pathway) (in wood etc) sentier m ; chemin m ; (in garden)
allée f; (also footpath : beside road) sentier m (pour les piétons).
