I just split a state highway to add a bridge: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/16100356 As you can see, the v1 bridge way and the other v1 way were added to the route relation automatically. It has relation logic built in but no UI to create or directly manipulate them (yet). > Toby
