Hello, Is there any policy on the language used in OSM talk/forum/wiki ? I was going through Thailand OSM forum <https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=64430>. For a raising a concern we need not use abusive language. Users using abusive language should be warned, suspended or terminated depending on the degree of the abuse.
