In the case of individual errant mappers, I give benefit of doubt aplenty and don't take ignorance as misconduct - negligence is entirely forgivable. In the case of a corporation capable of harnessing many employees to an Openstreetmap tasks and thus proving that it is well aware of Openstreetmap, foregoing the Organized editing Guidelines that have been in place since 2018 is negligent to the point of gross misconduct.
