Please keep one rather important thing with Chinese in mind (BTW the characters are all fixed-width anyway, so you don't really need the RTV, it should also work in the PTV): Each paragraph is one "long line", meaning that there are no spaces between the charaters. The problem Chinese users have with TB's displaying messages is that there is no line breaks at 70 (or whatever you have set in your preferences), because there is no blank between the characters. TB's viewer *needs to* break the line at 70, no matter what.
