As I mentioned in a previous post, why not try the Comma Separated
format?  Then you'll get your whole address book in one shot.

 Right, so all you do is select the contact, go to Edit -> Copy.  Then
 go into the address book you want to copy to and go to Edit -> Paste.
 Works exactly the way it should.
