My point is they don't have to be and the internal logic of the editor can
be changed to reflect any sort of reality so long as the final product, what
is output, falls within the limitations of the medium. Quite frankly I
wouldn't care if TB! references everything internally with HTML tags to denote
<P>paragraphs</P> versus implicit <BR>breaks as long as when it goes out it
conforms to what was presented to me.
What we're talking about is concepts and semantics, nothing more. There
is no reason that TB! cannot have the /concept/ of hard/soft CRs internally.
