Both accounts would be similar, with the only exception being the smtp
server in acounts/properties/transport.

You said that all mails are filtered into folders (which is in account
A, the one with the office smtp server set). When you reply or send a
new mail from home, every time you use to-be-defined quicktemplate
called "home", which contains the macro %ACCOUNT="B". Then the mail
will go to the outbox of account B, which uses the netcom smtp server.
