Threading your list messages helps a great deal. How should you thread?
Well, I'd say it depends. For lists as these TB lists, you know that
most subscribers will post with headers containing reference headers.
Threading by references using creation time in descending order works
very well.
However, on lists where the MUA's being used are diverse and a large
portion of users post messages containing no reference headers, then
threading by subject is better.
