MDaemon here can be configured to use an SMTP host in the sense that it delivers mail to another SMTP server, usually your ISP SMTP server instead of doing a direct delivery. Mercury will also do the same. You can either use the module that does a direct delivery or the other that delivers via a SmartHost. Mercury is nice since it's modular and you can choose to run only those modules you wish to use to reduce overheads. Does that help you Thomas? :-) - -- -=Allie C Martin=- List Moderator | TB! v1.60m | Windows XP Pro PGP/GPG Public Key: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?Subject=2B0717E2 _________________________________________________________________ -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iD8DBQE878/HV8nrYCsHF+IRAtJGAJ4uQPP/nCuxd+HQuvkvAHFqhJNPtgCffOZ/ n8xIEnNRADzTERc8AdGPkfM= =XDdp -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ________________________________________________________ Current Ver: 1.60m FAQ : http://faq.thebat.dutaint.com Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Archives : http://tbudl.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TBTech List: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Bug Reports: https://bt.ritlabs.com
