What makes you say that because PGP 8 has no CLI interface that you
cannot develop an interface for it? Download the source code for PGP
8, and take a look at the Eudora, or Outlook Express plugin code...
that is the code that is used to interact with the progam itself. No
CLI is needed. I write interfaces for other applications that don't
include a CLI interface at all.
