However, since v2 TB uses different files to store its folder info (account.flx in v1, account.flb in v2) so any changes in the folder structure you'd make would be made for one version, while the other version wouldn't know about it. Another change is that since 2.12 the account info is store in a file called account.cfn whereas that was account.cfg in the older versions, so any account specific changes wouldn't be picked up by the other version. Finally there's a whole bunch of macros that have slightly changed since v1 so QT's that worked alright in v1 won't do that in v2 and the other way around too. v2 knows some more macros.
