Not always. But it was in our particular case where we had particular
requirements.

They advertised it as supporting 32G. It didn't. They either never tested it or
tested it and sold it broken anyway. This one is pretty clear cut.

No, it surely has bugs. Bug their bugs have not bitten me. Therefore I suspect
they are less serious or less numerous.
