Oops.  You don't have the latest version of pmx.tex.  I neglected to include
it in the zip.  Sorry about that.  I foolishly assumed that any PMX user
would have installed every new beta as it came out.  The last new pmx.tex
came with 2.355.  There's no direct link anymore to that version, but FYI it
still lives in the software directory of the archive (along with lots of
other stuff that doesn't have direct links).  It's all available for
browsing and downloading at

http://icking-music-archive.sunsite.dk/software/

However, to avoid problems like this in the future, I've added pmx.tex to
pmx2358.zip

and will try to remember to include pmx.tex with future beta releases.
