You're most welcome, but the other guy's solution was more accurate,
properly inserting the half-notehead offset.

I have to confess that mainly due to laziness, instead of accounting for
this possibility I somewhat inadvertantly laid a little trap. It took a
while, but you finally sprung it. Now I'll pay for my laziness by fixing
this over the weekend, at least for absolute double accidentals because
that'll be fairly easy.

Well, it doesn't crash, but it doesn't get the spacing right either, because
it uses the spacing for single accidentals. This is going to be much harder
to fix, and it raises a more general problem with spacing of ALL single
accidentals that become doubles due to Ar. Now they are always spaced as if
they are singles because PMX doesn't analyze the possible transformations
caused by Ar. Sounds like a job for my programming assistant :-)

I can't see that there would ever be a need to, at least if PMX behaved
properly. I suppose there'd be some simple in-line TeX that would do it,
though.
