Don't forget, if you're registered for the TSA member area you can add your own calendar events for trips like Longhorn. Just log in to the member area and one of the options after login is "Add Calendar Events". It works because that's the same function I use to put new stuff on the calendar. You can also edit (change or cancel) events you put on the calendar.
