i had a look to all your files

some questions :
- did you get the 3d pictures with mathematica ? if yes did you use the plugin 
of Bertrand or did you just save aspicture with mathematica and insert it in 
texmacs ?
- i must take time to study more closer your work wth axiom
- what does the code starting with <<LRM \ -- 'L, 'R, or 'M>> correspond to ? 
what language is it ?

and still some basic questions :
- i dont manage to fold/unfold the midexams how do you do this ?
- how do you get the vertical space and the noindentation ?
