Hello. Very sad to say, TiMidity++ is not maintained anymore. What happened? Well, Japan's real-world politics around music copyrights almost vanished MIDI community there. It is still (believed to be) regal to develop TiMidity++ itself in Japan, but there are no single MIDI file to play using it. Comitters -all Japanese- has lost their interest a lot for this situation.
I still have access to TiMidity++ repository so I can upload your patches anyway. But I cannot catch why TiMidity++-2.13.0-alt-config.patch is needed. You can change that using configure script, no?
