Set up your wireless connection again, you'll need the SSID (it's often broadcast and you can select it from a list on the Tivo setup menu), and the password (if any) from your router.
And yes, that's exactly the kind of thing that causes this, since the router changed, unless you set it up again with the same SSID and password, Tivo won't be able to connect.
