There's another possible outcome, and I'm an example of it: I've
email-blocked Dr B because life's just too short.

I don't think that's a good outcome and possibly the fault is with me. But
there are a lot of us impatient types.

Everyone has the right to speak, but being listened to is a privilege you
have to earn and is easy to lose.
