I live in MAINE, on a little farm. My 1966 Volvo sedan has been sitting out back, the other side of the fallen down tractor-barn, ten feet from my three car garage and ten feet from the county road. It's been sitting there for about ten years, except for the summer my son needed a car and had no money to buy a newer vehicle. It hasn't been insured for four years
No one has told me to remove the plates, or to register it, or to insure it. I'm glad I live in Maine!! F
