I too have banding but I also have something else similiar but more painful that happens from time to time and I don't understand it. Lately it has increased. It generally starts in one ankle and the sole of the foot and runs up my leg to my spine. It hurts one time and hurts so bad that I don't even realize that it just happened. I don't know what it is. I had it happen this time last year when I would stand and look down. It would hit my back of the neck and run down to my feet. Then I would feel like I was stranding on an electric grid for a little while. Latelky the souls of my feet have been hurting - soar all the time. I am up right now with pain in souls of both feet.
