Prunes work slowly- overnight is my timing.

One prune at supper, and I wake up at 6AM needing to move my bowels.  Hydration 
is key- water not coffee or tea (both stimulants), Mineral oil helps lubricates 
the inside of the bowel, Veges/fruit help bulk up and soften the stool.

Start slowly, on a Friday night.
