Craig, my reading from that was that it was trying to find the /DBTest directory when the pool failed, like it said "hey your pool doesn't work so now I am going to look for a directory that I might be able to map this context into", is this not the case?

You can find out really quickly if this is the important problem by commenting out the <Resources> and <ResourcesParams> elements and see if you still get this message.
