Not quite, I can definitely hear a difference over headphones, I THINK I can hear a difference over analog outs, but its REALLY subtle. Even over the headphones its not a huge difference, but at least for me its the difference between jaw dropping amazement and wow its really good. I can't tell any difference with digital out into a couple different DACs.
