Yes, the important thing is that the Squeezebox and SB Server need to
be on the same network in order to automatically see each other.

How is the new access point wired? If it's connected to the old router
via it's 'WAN' or 'Internet' port, then anything behind the new router
will be on a different network. In order to operate as an access point
on the same network as the old router, the new router needs to be
connected via  one of its LAN ports to a LAN port on the old router.

What are the IP addresses of the server and the Touch? On the Touch, go
to Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics and find the IP address. On the
server, in the web interface go to Settings > Information > Server IP
Address.
