Yes, the 'new' router is connected to the old router via a LAN port.
The access point is functioning correctly as far as my laptop is
concerned. I have 1 Network and 1 Access Point. 

The SBS software cannot even see the SBT when connected to the access
point. Even though I now have my desktop (running the SBS software)
plugged into the same access point also.

I'll have to check on the IP addresses.
